Birdhorse Arneis 2023

Established in 1994, Birdhorse Wines is two female winemakers, Corinne and Katie, on a mission to deliver a unique experience to California wines. Their Arneis 2023 vintage is crafted from clay-loam soils, native yeast fermentation, and direct press to stainless steel tanks, followed by 4 months of aging in neutral puncheon and neutral barrique barrels.

Racked and then returned to barrel, it is dry and savory, with hints of fennel, sage, and under-ripe melon.
