Decideret Plumbastik 2021

Decideret was born in 2015 from the desire of three friends, Jakob, Cornelius and Martin, to produce additive-free, naturally-fermented ciders from the apples that fall in back gardens across Denmark in autumn and are usually ignored.

Decideret Plumbastisk is made from a mix of garden apples & Wild Opal Plums, this is a great match for shellfish! 

Meet Mr. PLUMBASTISK, an energetic sparkling with plum aromas and a hint of marzipan. This bubbly fruit wine is made from surplus garden apples from Fyn with a maceration on Opal plums from Claus Meyer’s little orchard at Lilleø. Plumbastisk is bright and crisp - and very sexy with seafood.
