Dar Richi Helem 2022

Helem is a 10-day Skin Contact Chardonnay from Bekaa Valley, Lebanon that has been fermented and aged in amphoras. The wines go through lacto-fermatation naturally, they are racked twice before being bottled in late spring. Best to open at 50* F (10* C) as one would a white wine.
