65% Petite Sirah (Contra Costa AVA) 19% Gewurztraminer (Clarksburg AVA)  7% Mourvédre (Madera AVA)  7% Syrah (Madera AVA)  2% Torrontés (Alta Mesa AVA) 

Fermented with native yeast and bacteria • Primary fermentation: ◦ Petite Sirah, Syrah, and Mourvédre were vinified as a direct-press rosé ◦ Gewurztraminer was fermented on skins for 2 weeks ◦ Torrontés was foot-treaded and macerated 24 hrs • Aged in neutral oak for 7 months • Bottleled with a Champagne starter

 10.5% ABV
