Created in collaboration between Alkali Rye and Virginia Distilling, this limited-edition single malt whiskey captures the warmth and celebration of winter. Inspired by Yalda, the winter solstice, it features flavors that nod to resilience, hope, and renewal.

Notes of pomegranate, ginger, mace, and golden raisins bring festive depth, while aging in Cuvée, Bourbon, and Sherry casks adds brightness, warmth, and subtle sweetness. The result is a whiskey that’s both comforting and vibrant—perfect for sipping through the colder months.
