Pura Macha - Classic Crunch (Ancho + Garlic + Sesame)

Pura Macha is a playful nod to the traditional salsas machas of Mexico. Salsa macha is an oil-based chile condiment, traditionally prepared with some combination of chiles, nuts/seeds, spices, and dried fruits. 

Classic Crunch (Ancho + Garlic + Sesame): Call this a cousin to your favorite chili crisp. It’s savory and satisfying, thanks to garlic and onion, a blend of not-too-hot chiles, and crunchy pumpkin and sesame seeds.

Ingredients: grapeseed oil, chile guajillo, chile ancho, dried garlic, dried onion, pumpkin seeds (pumpkin seeds, canola oil), sesame seeds, brown sugar, chile de árbol, sea salt.
