We'll send you an order summary within 24 hours. We look forward to collaborating with you!

Final Steps Before Shipping

  • Approve creatives 7 days before your ship date.
  • Finalize kit and print totals.
  • Upload a .CSV file of addresses at least 3 days prior to ship date 

How Do I Pay?

We'll send an invoice via Shopify. Phone and ACH payments are also welcome.

Accepted Payment Methods?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Ship Directly to the Recipient?

Absolutely! Upload the addresses during the order process.

Tracking My Order?

We've got you covered. Tracking numbers will be in your order summary.

Need Gift Wrapping?

Our gift boxes are already beautifully packaged and ready to delight.

Personal Messages?

Yes, we handwrite notes for up to 30 recipients or printed messages for larger orders are available.

Shipping Schedule?

Orders ship 1-2 business days after placement, Tuesday through Friday. You'll receive a tracking email.

Carriers Used?

We ship via GLS, USPS, and UPS.

Cost of Shipping?

Determined by the package's size, weight, and destination.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

  • GLS: 1-2 days in select states.
  • UPS & USPS: Generally 3-10 business days.

Adult Signature Required?

For alcoholic items, an adult signature is required upon delivery.
