Distilled in Los Angeles and built around 29 botanicals, including California bay, reishi and lion’s mane mushrooms, hibiscus, and cardamom. The nose is vibrant and citrus-forward, leading to an earthy, savory, subtly spiced palate. Fresh citrus, juniper, and spicy cardamom open up front, followed by an herbaceous middle and a rich, earthy finish of mushroom and pepper.

Use it in a Martini or a Gin & Tonic, or anywhere you want a gin with real savory depth.
