Bar Agricole Shun Gin

For more than a thousand years the Japanese have celebrated different phases of the harvest. In that tradition Bar Agricole offers the Shun gin, named for the height of the season. Picked January 15 and macerated in Demeter certified grape spirit within 24 hours, the Meyer lemons, Washington navels, mandarins and tangerines in the Shun gin generate a lush, and complex profile that connotes the peak of the season.
