Birdhorse Arneis 2021

Established in 1994, Birdhorse Wines is two female winemakers, Corinne and Katie, on a mission to deliver a unique experience to California wines. Their Arneis 2021 vintage is crafted from clay-loam soils, native yeast fermentation, and direct press to stainless steel tanks, followed by 4 months of aging in neutral puncheon and neutral barrique barrels. Racked and then returned to barrel, it is dry and savory, with hints of fennel, sage, and underripe melon, and an ABV of 13.8%.
