Orchards draws on the fruit-heavy hills stretching from the Central Valley to the Coastal Range, where apricot, walnut, and almond trees blossom white in spring and hang heavy with fruit by summer. Apricots, walnuts, Meyer lemon, orange, and cinnamon lead the way, with juicy apricot and candied orange flavors followed by warm spices and walnut.
Serve it neat or on ice, mix it with soda, sparkling wine, or both, or use it in place of Campari in a classic Negroni.
