Campari is a bitter aperitif produced from the infusion of bitter herbs, aromatic plants and fruit in alcohol and water. The 'secret' recipe was originally developed in 1860 by Gaspare Campari in the town of Novara, Italy. Vibrant red in color, with an intense aroma and distinctive bitter taste make it extremely versatile, and the perfect base for some of the most famous cocktails around the world.
