Caribbean-style botanical soda with the flavor profile of a Caribbean mule—blackstrap molasses, soft ginger, warm island spice—but the soft, refreshing character of a Jamaican lager.

Black strap molasses (the darkest, most mineral-rich grade), bourbon Madagascar vanilla, nutmeg, allspice berry dried in the Jamaican sun, cinnamon, thyme, black peppercorn, clove. Each extracted separately, then blended with lime juice, ginger juice, and Demerara cane sugar (pressed directly from sugar cane to retain its molasses character and subtle mineral notes. Mediterranean sea salt provides mineral finish.

The molasses provides depth without heaviness. Ginger stays in the background, warming rather than burning. Crisp and refreshing despite the dark flavors—balanced acidity keeps it light. Tastes like the moment before a tropical storm—thick air, dark clouds rolling in from the Atlantic.
