Cimarron Reposado Tequila


Cimarrón Reposado Tequila from Atotonilco, Jalisco is crafted with agave grown at 4,620′ elevation, where the plant sugars reach an average of 24-26° Brix. Through a low-pressure, slow agave roast, Cimarrón achieves a bright and vibrant flavor, enhanced by natural fermentation with winemakers' yeast. The reposado variety is then aged for 4 months in American white oak barrels.
