Château de Pellehaut Armagnac

Distilled by Château de Pellehaut in Montréal-du-Gers, in the Ténarèze appellation of the Armagnac region. Made from 100% Folle Blanche on a traveling wood-fired alambic Armagnacais (a short column still) and aged 5 years in 400-liter French oak casks. Aromas of fresh hay and white flowers introduce a surprisingly delicate Armagnac, with golden raisins, star fruit, and barley on the palate leading to a honeyed finish. Light in body with a higher-than-average ABV, it’s an ideal brandy for mixing, from an underutilized appellation.

Use it to add structure to classic and modern cocktails, or sip it neat.
