The grapes are sourced from the renowned Peach Tree Lane Vineyard and the neighboring Dragon Vineyard, both located in the exquisite Willow Creek AVA. The result is a luxurious and complex wine, and a long growing season that allows for optimum ripening and crisp acidity. The wine is co-fermented through spontaneous fermentation and aged in neutral French oak puncheons, resulting in a rich and refined blend that is bottled unfiltered, with no modifications or additions.
