Electric, aromatic, and a little wild. This Vermentino leans floral this vintage — think jasmine and geranium — layered with green apple, grapefruit, and lemon curd. There’s a hint of that classic petrol note, balanced by a salty, almost oily texture and a crisp, mineral finish.
Wild fermented in stainless steel and aged 6 weeks on fine lees (with regular stirring), giving it extra texture without losing its high-wire acidity. Inspired by the coastal styles of Sardinia and Liguria.
Bright, saline, and built for food — especially anything creamy, briny, or rich.
