Clean, structured, and quietly dialed. From gravelly loam soils, this is a fresh, light-to-medium red built on precision and drinkability.

Tart raspberry, rhubarb, and sour cherry lead, with bright acidity and soft, fine tannins. There’s a subtle savory/vegetal edge that keeps it grounded.

Fermented simply, aged 14 months in neutral oak. Unrefined, unfiltered, no additions.

Chillable, food-friendly, and made for real meals — pizza, tomatoes, burrata, all of it.
