Organic Black Beauty Eggplant (Solanum melongena) Deep purple Italian style eggplant that is egg shaped and 4-6" long. Black Beauty fruit sets quickly allowing the entire crop to beat the frost. This variety is prolific and grows well in both containers and outside spaces. Seed Starts were designed to not only be functionally easy-to-grow but more attractive on the sill than the traditional soggy brown jiffey pots.
