Produced by El Amparo Ron Equatorial, this rum is made from the rare Cubana Negra sugar cane using traditional, sustainable methods — hand-harvested cane and a natural, week-long fermentation.

Distilled in a small alambique column and bottled at pot-still proof, El Amparo is vibrant and expressive.
