Faccia Brutto Apertivo
Faccia Brutto is a line of Italian-crafted liqueurs crafted by Patrick Miller, an experienced chef with 14 years of restaurant experience.
17 fresh and dried botanicals, such as gentian, kola nut, hibiscus, and rhubarb root are infused in a non-GMO neutral grain spirit for two weeks. Water and two orange peels are then added and allowed to steep overnight before being strained and filtered with organic cane sugar and cochineal, adding a ruby hue.
A touch of salt is added before bottling to complement the botanicals and balance the sweet and bitter notes.
