"Falistra" Lambrusco di Sobrara

Falistra is a natural, dry, pale-pink sparkling wine from Italy's Emilia-Romagna region. Made by Podere il Saliceto, it uses 100% organic Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes. This wine ferments in the bottle and is unfiltered. Expect bright acidity, tiny bubbles, wild strawberry, rose petals and a bit of salinity on the finish.
