Heya "Farha" Sparkling Co-ferment

Heya means 'She' in Arabic and is a representation and appreciation of women who work tirelessly in a male dominated industry to produce something they love, which in the case of Michelle Chami and Claudine Lteif is natural wines.

Heya is producing the first women made wines from indigenous Lebanese grapes. It has a social mission to drive pay equity for women harvest workers from Syria who are traditionally underpaid and undervalued.

This co-ferment offers notes of baked orchard fruit, citrus, and a salty mineral finish
