A graceful co-ferment of Syrah (85%) and Viognier (15%) from 60-year-old vines in the Santos Gallardo Vineyard. Fermented with partial whole clusters and aged in neutral oak, this wine captures Baja’s coastal depth and Rhône-style elegance.
Expect aromas of white flowers, herbs, black pepper, and plum, with fine tannins and bright acidity. A polished red that balances power with restraint — proof of Baja’s old-vine potential.
