Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin

Batch distilled in the Yarra Valley from Australian olive leaf & olive oil.

Olives are sourced from Cobram Estate in regional Victoria, Australia. Leaves and oil come from the Picual, Hojiblanca and Coratina varieties. 

Savory, not sweet, in style and in drinks.

This gin is great in every style of Martini - classic, dirty, dry, wet, perfect, and especially a Gibson. Also delicious in a Spanish-inspired Gintonic. 

43.8% ABV
