Freeland Spirits Bourbon pairs classic richness with a distinct Pacific Northwest finish. The whiskey is aged in charred American oak barrels, where it develops warm layers of caramel, vanilla, and baking spice, then rests in Elk Cove Pinot Noir barrels from Oregon for added depth, subtle fruit, and regional character. Master Distiller Molly Troupe blends each batch for balance, texture, and harmony. The nose offers toffee, marmalade, smoked pecan, and clove, leading into a smooth, rounded palate of soft caramel, baked berries, vanilla bean, cocoa, and gentle spice. The finish is long, velvety, and softly warming. It is bottled at 46% ABV.

This bourbon is best savored neat or with a single large ice cube to let the Pinot Noir influence come forward. It also makes a standout Old Fashioned or Manhattan, where its fruit and spice add extra dimension.
