This bright, dry white from Lower Austria is made from the country's famed varietal, Gruner Veltliner, balanced with Gelber Muskateller to deliver lively acidity and floral aromatics. Gruner's profile has risen in recent years gaining a following for its easy drinkability and mineral edge. Sourced from a certified sustainable family winery set in the rolling green hills of the Weinviertel, this wine was aged in stainless steel tanks after four hours of skin-contact to express the varietal's signature fresh and vibrant character.

Pair it with summer rolls, fried artichokes, crab cakes, long days and hot nights.
