Dar Richi Helem 2022

Helem is a 10-day Skin Contact Chardonnay that has been fermented and aged in Amphora. The wines go through MLF naturally, they are racked twice before being bottled in late spring. Best to open at 50* F (10* C) as one would a white wine.
