Il Gusto Di Amalfi Limoncello

 

Limoncello is an Italian classic renowned for its balance, unlike other spirits. 'Il Gusto di Amalfi' small-batch produces their limoncello from organically grown local lemon varietals Sfusato Amalfitano and Zagara Bianca; Mario Anastasio's groves near Positano provide these. Expertly-peeled by hand with traditional potato-peelers to avoid bitter pith, this limoncello is an unfiltered expression of a single superb ingredient. Enjoy it cold, as a digestivo or a Tom Collins with a good gin. Shake before serving as sediment may settle out. There are no stabilizers, preservatives or colorants.
