Jung & Wulff Trinidad Rum

In the 1800s, Caribbean rums made from native sugarcane were shipped from Trinidad, Guyana, and Barbados to the Port of New Orleans to meet the growing demand of the American spirits market. Jung & Wulff were among the early importers, supplying cafés and bars throughout New Orleans and beyond.

This bottling comes from Trinidad Distillers Limited—also known as Angostura—and is produced on column stills. The palate opens with a sense of moderate age and balanced oak, moving into a deeply spicy mid-palate. Layers of fruit, spice, vegetation, and earth unfold in a smooth, circular progression, finishing with a seamless, integrated character.
