Kung Fu Sauvignon Blanc

The Matías Riccitelli 'Kung Fu' is a unique, skin-contact (orange) Sauvignon Blanc from Mendoza, Argentina. Made with minimal intervention, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation and ages in clay amphorae. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfites, it offers a refreshing, textured, and subtly tannic drinking experience.

Bone-dry with vibrant acidity and soft, grippy tannins. Features aromas of preserved lemon, green apple, apricot, and subtle herbs, with chalky minerality.
