Lairds Straight Apple Brandy

Hot, spicy nose, full of baking spices, caramel, and clove. The palate is warm, with honey and red apple, then caramel and pie spice with a bit of water. Finish is rich with allspice and vanilla, ending with dry oak and a lingering sweet apple.
