Legendario Domingo Cenizo

Made by the Colón Family in Nombre de Dios, Durango, from Maguey Cenizo (Agave duranguensis). The agaves are cooked in an underground oven, milled with an electric shredder, fermented in wooden tanks, and distilled in an alembic still. Expect a mix of sweet, fruity notes with woody undertones.

Sip it neat to take in the sweetness and wood, or use it as a distinctive base for a mezcal cocktail.
