A first-of-its-kind tequila crafted from single estate agaves de semilla - agaves grown from seed - averaging approximately 8 years old, the high natural sugar content has resulted in an exceptionally rich tequila. At 50% ABV, powerful flavors and aromas of cooked agave, tropical fruits such as roasted pineapple and melon, chocolate, caramel, dulce de leche, and spices including cinnamon and cardamom, are complemented by notes of gardenia and a minerality that reflects the terroir of the highlands.
