HOW TO MAKE: Mix an entire bag of mole paste with 15oz of tomato sauce in a large saucepan. Stir and simmer under medium heat until the paste is fully dissolved. Add 3 cups of Chicken Broth and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar (or our chocolate from Oaxaca) Makes 6 cups.
