Nikka Coffey Gin

Produced by Nikka Whisky, with a base distillate made in the Coffey still the distillery imported from Scotland in 1963. Its complexity comes from a balance of 11 botanicals and the silky texture of Coffey distillate. A bright, zesty aroma from four Japanese citruses (yuzu, kabosu, amanatsu, and shequasar) complements traditional gin botanicals like juniper berries, angelica, coriander seed, lemon peel, and orange peel. A touch of apple, a fruit tied to Nikka’s history, rounds it out, followed by pleasantly tangy green Japanese sansho pepper on the finish.
