Distilled at 192 proof, it starts with a robust, clean base before being layered with traditional gin botanicals. Juniper and coriander lead, supported by lemon and orange peel, cinnamon, and angelica root. After distillation, the spirit is proofed down with spring water drawn from Mount Baker aquifers, resulting in a bright, precise gin with lively citrus and a gently herbal finish.
