Outfitters Gin is made with classic gin botanicals--juniper and coriander are the most pronounced here--including lemon and orange peel, cinnamon, and angelica root. Distilled at 192 proof, this forms a robust and crisp base upon which these choice botanicals are added. After the distillation process, it is diluted with spring water from the aquifers from Mount Baker. The resulting final product is bright, crisp, and clean, with lively citrus notes, and an herbal finish.
