Single palenque, small batch, and rooted in tradition. Quiquiriqui partners with generational mezcalero families, producing each batch to order with a focus on craft and community.

Made from Tepeztate, Cuishe, and Espadín — pit roasted, tahona crushed, wild fermented, and double distilled in small alembic stills.

Green and complex on the nose with brine and pepper. The palate is vibrant and mineral — think salty olives, soft sweetness, and a peppery finish.

Layered, expressive, and built for slow sipping.
