Redfield Sparkling Cider

Sweet & complex. A non-alcoholic, single varietal apple juice made using estate grown Redfield apples. Rich in anthocyanin, the flesh of a Redfield apple runs red all the way to the core. The resulting juice is BRIGHT PINK and delicious. Rose Hill Farm Redfield apples were pressed and UV treated by Samascott in Kinderhook, New York. The juice was bottled and flash pastuerized in Albany, new York at Nine Pin Cider. This is a non-alcoholic juice, not a de-alcoholized cider. Bottled in 500ml glass bottles.
