Rise, 2024

Made by Low Life Barrelhouse in Manitoba, Canada, this white wine blends Vidal, Riesling, and Geisenheim, sourced from organic growers in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The Vidal was mostly direct-pressed, with a small portion skin-fermented for two weeks, while the Riesling was whole-cluster pressed and aged in a new large American oak foeder. Fermented spontaneously with natural yeast and left unrefined and unfiltered, it's dry and very low in sulfites (19 mg/L).

Medium-weight, savory, and fresh, with delicate floral and fruity aromatics. Lovely on its own or alongside a meal.
