Rockwell Classic is a sweet vermouth bursting with roasted fig, caramel, and citrus, all held in check by a balanced bitterness. Its key botanicals include Black Mission fig, sarsaparilla, roasted dandelion root, and California sagebrush, among others, giving it a rich, layered character with a distinctly Californian backbone.

Rockwell Classic is wonderful on its own, served chilled or over ice with an orange twist. It also adds depth and dimension to Manhattans, Negronis, Boulevardiers, and other cocktail favorites.
