Rockwell Vermouth is a fresh American take on a classic European aperitif. After years of sourcing ingredients and more than 300 herb extract trials, the makers built the final recipe on a backbone of Artemisia californica, commonly called California sagebrush and a botanical cousin of wormwood. Lemon verbena and apricot round out the key botanicals, with aromas and flavors of pear, fresh grass clippings, and citrus peel. It is a standout California option at an exceptional value.
