Created by Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and five-time IWC Master Distiller of the Year Dr. Bill Lumsden, SirDavis honors Davis Hogue, who made whisky on his land four generations ago and whose legacy is carried on by his great-granddaughter. Drawing on Japanese and Scottish styles, the mash bill is 51% rye and a notable 49% barley.

Secondary maturation in sherry casks gives it a silky, sophisticated profile with layers of dark red fruit and spices like clove and cinnamon. The aroma brings tangy Seville oranges and raisins over a backdrop of baking spices. On the palate, buttery toffee sits gently over classically bold rye spice, finishing soft and lingering with honey.

Sip it neat to take in the sherry and spice, or use it to give an Old Fashioned or Manhattan a richer, fruitier edge.
