Ten To One Caribbean Dark Rum
This carefully crafted blend of 8-year old Barbados and Dominican column still rums, plus high ester Jamaican pot still rum and Trinidadian rum, is aged in American white oak ex-bourbon casks.
Its aroma presents cooked fruit character and baking spices, with esters of banana peel and baked yellow apple, plus nut loaf, oatmeal cookie, roasted nuts, and toffee.
On the palate, savory tobacco, cedar, mulch, and vanilla flavors mingle with baked apples and banana bread, as well as worn leather notes. Its finish is dry and clean.
