A carefully crafted blend of 8-year-old Bajan and Dominican column still rums, complemented by high-ester Jamaican pot still rum and Trini rum. Aged in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, this expression balances depth, structure, and restraint.
The nose opens with cooked fruit and baking spices — banana peel, baked yellow apple, and warm notes of nut loaf, oatmeal cookie, roasted nuts, and toffee. On the palate, savory flavors of tobacco, cedar, and mulch mingle with vanilla, baked apple, banana bread, and hints of worn leather. The finish is dry, clean, and quietly elegant.
