Tierra y Libertad Tequila Blanco

From NOM 1577 in the Lowland Valley of Jalisco. Brick oven roasted and fermented in closed stainless steel tanks. Double distilled in stainless and copper alembics. Additive free and organically grown agave. Extremely fragrant with minerals, jalepeños, earth, and juicy agave fruit. Overproof, delicious tequila that is a wonderful complex sipper and strong enough to mix with.
