Based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, Kettl sources and imports exceptionally fine Japanese tea, showcasing a wide range of expressions. This collaboration highlights the breadth of their offerings, and the richness of Japanese tea itself.

Soba - Gorgeous, toasted Buckwheat with deep notes of heirloom grain and spun sugar. This ferment pulls out the fruitier side of the grain, with high notes of poached pear and persimmon.
