Widow Jane Bourbon

Proofed with pure limestone and mineral water this Brooklyn based whiskey has a deep relationship to the land as the mining of water occurs only 100 miles of their distillery. This historical whisky you will find a nose filled with vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and cream. On the palate you can find notes of orange, maple syrup, dark cherries and almonds. Perfect as a first pour of the evening and drinks like a 20 year bourbon as you'll find a smooth tannic and charred oak finish.
