Baby Jane is a specific, flagship Heirloom Corn Bourbon produced by the Widow Jane Distillery in Brooklyn, New York.

This expression uses a proprietary strain of heirloom corn (a hybrid of Wapsie Valley and Bloody Butcher) developed by the distillery. It is a blend of whiskey distilled in-house in Red Hook, Brooklyn, and sourced whiskey from Kentucky. It is bottled at 91 proof and offers an exceptionally creamy, slightly peppery, and sweeter profile compared to traditional bourbons
