Wright & Brown Bourbon

Made by Wright & Brown, a craft grain-to-glass distillery in West Oakland that uses centuries-old methods to create new California spirits, with much of its non-GMO grain sourced from the family farm in Humboldt County. This pot-still bourbon is rich, complex, grassy, herbaceous, and spicy, built on a mash bill with a large portion of rye and distilled in copper. The aroma brings toasted coconut, vanilla bean, oak, and bergamot orange, leading to a bold mouthfeel with grassy, herbaceous character.

Sip it neat to take in the layers, or use it as a more distinctive base for a bourbon cocktail.
