Andreas Ziniel carefully cultivates Muskateller on loamy sandy soils in Austria, with a touch of lime, harvesting it by hand. After 7 days of skin contact, this natural wine achieves a perfect balance between aroma and tannins. It is then pressed and aged in stainless steel tanks, revealing a refreshing and cool flavor despite being from a hot region. The Muskat's citrusy and aromatic flavors are enhanced by bottling it unfiltered after 5-6 months on the yeast and with a minimal amount of sulfur. At 11% abv, it is truly remarkable.
